Constantino Avellaneda's late challenge caught a Lε COCO SρσяtiV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Constantino Avellaneda helped the player get up and apologised. Constantino Avellaneda hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Felipe Ralondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Florentino Dacio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Germano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The nice shot from Felipe Ralondo in the 28thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Carlos Germano had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Teodosio Sergi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 29th minute of play. Qu Yun took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Ralondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Dacio during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Florentino Dacio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Anselmo Nevada hit a great ball. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Dacio in the 36th minute of the match. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Jeremiah James quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Constantino Avellaneda, made in the 37th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Qu Yun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters rose to their feet, but Qu Yun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Germano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Lε COCO SρσяtiV booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Cuartio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Ralondo to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Constantino Avellaneda in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Jeremiah James. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Dacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Lε COCO SρσяtiV were awarded a corner. Freddy Hernando went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Freddy Hernando got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Germano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After taking down the ball on Club Atlético Atlanta's corner Ciro Ferdinand fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teodosio Sergi quite easily take care of the ball. Freddy Hernando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Carlos Germano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Felipe Ralondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Germano. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Germano should have stopped the shot. 71 minutes into the match, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Felipe Ralondo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Germano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Honorio Bernaldo was substituted for Freddy Hernando. 79 minutes into the game, Constantino Avellaneda threw the ball into play from the sideline. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Jeremiah James quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 80 minutes, Felipe Ralondo made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 82 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Abreu. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Ralondo in the 83rd minute of play. Carlos Germano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Ralondo went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Berdoi in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodosio Sergi saved Lε COCO SρσяtiV from getting behind. In the 89th minute Carmelo Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Honorio Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Bernaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
