Salomón Avendaño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radu Proca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Salomón Avendaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TurboUC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Juan Eduardo Atenas kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iraido Treviño couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Salomón Avendaño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radu Proca. corralon AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salomón Avendaño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Tomas Rufo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ron Boemans was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. If Salomón Avendaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. TurboUC's Salomón Avendaño got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iraido Treviño made a kick off. corralon AFC's Radu Proca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Snow in the 59th minute of play. In the 95thth minute of the game John Snow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but corralon AFC's Radu Proca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
