When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Kennet Lövkvist took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Lajos Fülöp to make any attempt to save it. In the 15th minute, Vítězslav Netopil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Felix Burda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 27 minutes, Kennet Lövkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STHLM södra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kennet Lövkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robin Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Burda in the 30th minute of play forced STHLM södra's goalkeeper Dan Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Mats Hegg managed to get in a good position for a shot. STHLM södra's supporters rose to their feet, but Mats Hegg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lajos Fülöp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miloň Bartko took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Engström. Dan Engström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 40 minutes into the match, Miloň Bartko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Engström. STHLM södra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miloň Bartko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 43rd minute, Božetěch Rokyta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miloň Bartko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dan Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Burda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kennet Lövkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Božetěch Rokyta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Colo - Colo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STHLM södra the free kick. A collision led to FC Colo - Colo getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Božetěch Rokyta hit a great ball. In the 54th minute of the match Robin Håkansson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lajos Fülöp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dan Engström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Burda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miloň Bartko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Engström came out and tried to block the shot, but Miloň Bartko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 61st minute. Maxmilian Rejda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in STHLM södra's zone, Felix Burda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Engström came out of the goal and Felix Burda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miloň Bartko struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Dan Engström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Colo - Colo. Dan Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítězslav Netopil, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Dan Engström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miloň Bartko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Felix Burda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Burda might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dan Engström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Burda ran back to his position shaking his head. Lajos Fülöp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kennet Lövkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Miloň Bartko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maxmilian Rejda's late challenge caught a STHLM södra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maxmilian Rejda helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Colo - Colo's Maxmilian Rejda got a free kick in the 91st minute. Lajos Fülöp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kennet Lövkvist's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kennet Lövkvist in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lajos Fülöp saved FC Colo - Colo from getting behind. The STHLM södra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Colo - Colo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
