Rune Jarstein made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wilhelm Nienhaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Mugurel Slătineanu made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by 哥伦布 Tiger in the 15th minute of play forced Hertha 1969's goalkeeper Rune Jarstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Wilhelm Nienhaus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hertha 1969's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Nienhaus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mugurel Slătineanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Jonas Xabel's late challenge caught a Hertha 1969's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Xabel helped the player get up and apologised. Jonas Xabel hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Nienhaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Mugurel Slătineanu made a huge save. AFC Nirosxn 08's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Wilhelm Nienhaus scored to the left of an out of position Mugurel Slătineanu, making the score, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Wilhelm Nienhaus made the kick off in the second half. 哥伦布 Tiger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Rune Jarstein made a huge save. In the 62nd match minute, Hertha 1969 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilhelm Nienhaus to maneuver through the defense. Hertha 1969's Stefan Mayer was substituted for Jörg Hannemann. 67 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Nienhaus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mugurel Slătineanu. Wilhelm Nienhaus might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Slătineanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilhelm Nienhaus ran back to his position shaking his head. AFC Nirosxn 08's Mugurel Slătineanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 83rd minute of play. 哥伦布 Tiger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hertha 1969's Rupert Heidingsfelder was substituted for Wilhelm Nienhaus. The Hertha 1969 players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
