Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Hussain in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute of the match Leon Platense got a corner. Playa Malvín's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Constantino Anaya ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Hernán Leandro at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Playa Malvín. 0-1. Ruperto Rainerio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Åkerström went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute Hernán Leandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Fred Åkerström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Platense's Ruperto Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Åkerström in the 38th minute of play. Ruperto Rainerio was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Fred Åkerström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. In the 51st match minute, Leon Platense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Kemen to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Zé Roberto Teixeira managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Leon Platense's Adan Menendo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Playa Malvín from getting a goal against them. Xavier Ribas hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Leon Platense's Matias Sengrat was substituted for Teodoro Honrio. Leon Platense's Gaafar Carrillo was substituted for Adan Menendo.
