That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Ola Lund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Catalin Haldan's goalkeeper Olavi Liib had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ola Lund. Garsås IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Charlie Löfgren in the 8th minute. Charlie Löfgren made a great header on Garsås IF's corner, it was just that Catalin Haldan's Olavi Liib managed to reach the ball for a save. Mădălin Năsturel made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eugen Morozan. Göran Lindholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olavi Liib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Stål, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Catalin Haldan's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Lund came free, but Olavi Liib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Cazimir Răcănel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 played minutes Catalin Haldan got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Năsturel. 24 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's Ola Lund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olavi Liib narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olavi Liib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st match minute, Garsås IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maicon Pereira to maneuver through the defense. Ola Lund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Olavi Liib skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ola Lund to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Enrico Cesaroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavi Liib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Garsås IF's Ola Lund in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ola Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavi Liib having to interfere. Olavi Liib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Stål, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Garsås IF got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Cesaroni. Olavi Liib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Lund in the 71st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Ola Lund sped through Catalin Haldan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olavi Liib. 81 minutes into the match, Catalin Haldan's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Stål came free, but Olavi Liib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valder Gausbo during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Catalin Haldan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valder Gausbo to maneuver through the defense. Ola Lund might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olavi Liib. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The supporters of Catalin Haldan booed when Garsås IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Jonasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfons Sjö showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Živko Dabović in the 94th minute of the match. When Garsås IF's Ola Lund in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catalin Haldan's goalie prevented a goal.
