An unexpectedly hard shot by Avraam Sevastopoulos in the 9th minute of play forced HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Yuan Ying to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rahim Sidam came free, but Vaggelis Lalas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomáš Řehák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Yuan Ying tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, HORIZZONT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasım Sahadettin to maneuver through the defense. Yuan Ying made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Avraam Sevastopoulos sent off a good shot on target. Yuan Ying made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Jan-Olof Kämpe sent off a good shot on target. With 27 minutes on the clock, İlbey Çetinel commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 27 minutes into the game, one of HORIZZONT:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tomáš Řehák shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Algirdas Radzevičius sped through HORIZZONT's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yuan Ying. 37 minutes into the match, HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Yuan Ying had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomáš Řehák. The supporters of YELLOW FC booed when HORIZZONT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rahim Sidam didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yuan Ying showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomáš Řehák, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Yuan Ying showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algirdas Radzevičius in the 44th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Avraam Sevastopoulos made the kick off in the second half. Yuan Ying took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Kämpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. YELLOW FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomáš Řehák in the 55th minute. Yuan Ying showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Olof Kämpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After taking down the ball on YELLOW FC's corner Algirdas Radzevičius fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yuan Ying quite easily take care of the ball. Naim Gencal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaggelis Lalas having to interfere. Nontas Ntalakouras charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nontas Ntalakouras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 66 played minutes YELLOW FC got a freekick which was hit by Nontas Ntalakouras. 68 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goalkeeper Vaggelis Lalas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naim Gencal. Spyros Kazantzakos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, YELLOW FC's Nontas Ntalakouras got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Yuan Ying made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algirdas Radzevičius in the 77th minute of play. Jan-Olof Kämpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the YELLOW FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
