The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 15 played minutes FC Hamburg got a freekick which was hit by Jan Apostel. If Tomás Rosado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Apostel in the 22nd minute of play forced UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s goalkeeper Wanderson Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, UMBRELLA CORPORATION™'s Adalberto Correia got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The referee ignored FC Hamburg's protests and gave Apollo Schönbucher a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, FC Hamburg's Alban Bolesta got control of the ball when Jos Verduin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wanderson Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Apostel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
