Panos Karkantos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Teobald Bentkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teobald Bentkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alim Karaman in the 13th minute. Paul Christini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Kiepski in the 15th minute of the match. Gino Xavier took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paul Christini. Paul Christini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 21 minutes, Jerzy Falkiewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sportis SFC Baca and the Edson Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panos Karkantos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobald Bentkowski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kryspin Zecman in the 31st minute of play forced Edson Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Paul Christini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Christini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Xavier in the 32nd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 67 played minutes Edson Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Roger Milla. In the 70th minute, Lucas Hulk made a precise shot to the right of Teobald Bentkowski. Sportis SFC Baca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 77 minutes into the match, Edson Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Xavier came free, but Paul Christini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panos Karkantos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gino Xavier's late challenge caught a Edson Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gino Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sportis SFC Baca getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gino Xavier hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Panos Karkantos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobald Bentkowski. Sportis SFC Baca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panos Karkantos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Lucas Hulk struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Teobald Bentkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edson Futebol Clube. Edson Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
