When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Betinho Damião took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jaroslaw Lüdemann to make any attempt to save it. Edwin Linde might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Christini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Linde ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 10th minute, Ernesto Fontes made a precise shot to the right of Jaroslaw Lüdemann. KIEZKICKER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jaroslaw Lüdemann was a little too slow when Alim Karaman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 3-0. Paul Christini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Linde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to KIEZKICKER getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alex Kathage hit a great ball. Betinho Damião had several of the KIEZKICKER's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Jaroslaw Lüdemann as he didn't even see the shot coming. Panos Karkantos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Jaroslaw Lüdemann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jaroslaw Lüdemann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panos Karkantos went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. KIEZKICKER's Jaroslaw Lüdemann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save KIEZKICKER from getting a goal against them. After 36th play minutes Betinho Damião shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Jaroslaw Lüdemann and just under the crossbar into goal. Alex Kathage kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Alim Karaman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 41st playminute. In the 46th minute Betinho Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Lüdemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd match minute, KIEZKICKER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Linde to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the game, Edson Futebol Clube's Betinho Damião nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaroslaw Lüdemann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After some careless play in the KIEZKICKER defense, Panos Karkantos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaroslaw Lüdemann. The KIEZKICKER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaroslaw Lüdemann should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute, Jamal Musiala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, KIEZKICKER's goal looked a bit too open when Panos Karkantos came free, but Jaroslaw Lüdemann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaroslaw Lüdemann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panos Karkantos in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Ernesto Fontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute Alim Karaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Lüdemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Edson Futebol Clube booed when KIEZKICKER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederic Hummel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KIEZKICKER's zone, Tao Xing Yong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaroslaw Lüdemann came out of the goal and Tao Xing Yong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaroslaw Lüdemann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heleno de Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Hartel kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Karkantos in the 92nd minute of play forced KIEZKICKER's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Lüdemann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The excitement rose when Edson Futebol Clube's Tao Xing Yong after 94 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for KIEZKICKER's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 12-0. Edson Futebol Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
