Academia 1903's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Columbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Austen Farrow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Austen Farrow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Columbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Timoteo Columbo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Austen Farrow having to make a save. Austen Farrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Columbo in the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's Santo Gonzo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primo Speranza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Academia 1903's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Columbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cementerio Club's zone, Timoteo Columbo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Austen Farrow came out of the goal and Timoteo Columbo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Columbo came free, but Austen Farrow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Timoteo Columbo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia 1903's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Columbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Timoteo Columbo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Melchor Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santo Gonzo to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner ended in Harald Ek almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow did a great save. Antonio Benitez kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Academia 1903 made a substitution. Gérard Magyar replaced Harald Ek. Cementerio Club made a substitution. Teodosio Eli replaced Santo Gonzo. Austen Farrow made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Nicanor Morenø sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute, Nicanor Morenø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nicanor Morenø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's goalkeeper Austen Farrow had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Morenø. After a rather tough play, Cementerio Club's Antonio Benitez got a free kick in the 71st minute. Teodosio Eli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Primo Speranza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Eli, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Cementerio Club from getting a goal against them. Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Morenø in the 85th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Antonio Benitez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicanor Morenø received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Austen Farrow came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicanor Morenø slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 96th minute. Academia 1903's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
