With an all-out effort, Vilo Futbol Club's Rodrigo Massó threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Basilio Fagondo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fabian Emeterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Ayala in the 14th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Higinio Eguzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Emeterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute of the match, Ismael Guilabertus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rodrigo Massó saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Basualdo in the 24th minute of play. Hugo Gonzáles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Massó made a huge save. Fabian Emeterio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Higinio Eguzki went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Ismael Guilabertus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goalkeeper Rodrigo Massó had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Gonzáles. After 37 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Orlan. In the 37th minute of the match, Stefan Warka got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rodrigo Massó was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vilo Futbol Club's Fabian Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Salvino in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Vilo Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matt Carabott to maneuver through the defense. Eustaquio Cordareo charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustaquio Cordareo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Basilio Fagondo to make the kick off. Fabian Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Bürger in the 52nd minute of play. Rodrigo Massó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Fagondo in the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Fagondo came free, but Rodrigo Massó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as PLUMIN's Bartolo Basualdo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabian Emeterio. That made the score 0-3 after 61 minutes of play. Vilo Futbol Club's Delmiro Ospin was substituted for Matt Carabott. PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Warka in the 67th minute of play. PLUMIN made a substitution. Simon Ferrer replaced Cirilo Salvino. After 74 minutes of play, Vilo Futbol Club's Ismael Guilabertus made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Massó was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vilo Futbol Club made a substitution. Prudencio Baleren replaced Ismael Guilabertus. Rodrigo Massó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Fagondo in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Baleren came free, but Rodrigo Massó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Prudencio Baleren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Massó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Gonzáles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the PLUMIN defense, Basilio Fagondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Massó. The PLUMIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Massó should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched PLUMIN eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
