The Armada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Färid Mondragón should have stopped the shot. Matt Ryan came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Armada's Rivaldo Esquerdo. But to his dismay, Rivaldo Esquerdo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Benkó in the 18th minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armada's Vali Romoşan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Matt Ryan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Benkó in the 24th minute of play forced F.Salgado F.C.'s goalkeeper Matt Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siro Rainerio got a throw-in 26 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dawid Dziewulski. Róbert Benkó sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Matt Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Benkó in the 33rd minute of play. Hong Zhen Hui made in the 36th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rivaldo Esquerdo immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 37th minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Teodoro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Färid Mondragón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 minutes, Aílton Freire mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.Salgado F.C. and the Armada players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aílton Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The F.Salgado F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Armada were winning 1-3.

After a defensive mix-up in F.Salgado F.C.'s zone, Róbert Benkó stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matt Ryan came out of the goal and Róbert Benkó tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Villiam Gustavsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Färid Mondragón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 65th minute Róbert Benkó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, F.Salgado F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Matt Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rivaldo Esquerdo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Róbert Benkó took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Matt Ryan to make any attempt to save it. 83 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Pitin Sánchez came free, but Färid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbert Benkó got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-5 in the right cross in the 86th match minute before Matt Ryan had time to react. After a rather tough play, Armada's Hong Zhen Hui got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Hong Zhen Hui hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th match minute, F.Salgado F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alpay Akbudun to maneuver through the defense. If Augustin Şumălan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
