After a rather tough play, SE Palestra Itália's José Carlos Silva got a free kick in the 6th minute. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when SE Palestra Itália was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 minutes of play, Zuera Never End MZC's Jailson de Amaral made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iuri Pernambucano was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Zuera Never End MZC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ricardinho Duarte hit a great ball. Santo Everton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. SE Palestra Itália's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Jailson de Amaral scored to the left of an out of position Iuri Pernambucano, making the score, 2-0. Jailson de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Iuri Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iuri Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Meira in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, SE Palestra Itália was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Pinho to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Zuera Never End MZC's Iuri Pernambucano threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rui Coutinho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 32nd minute, Ezequiel Meira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iuri Pernambucano. The goal made the score 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Vides during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Miguel Vides hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to SE Palestra Itália getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Kaká Leal hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Ronaldão Fontes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santo Everton. Zuera Never End MZC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldão Fontes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Kaká Leal took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Santo Everton to make any attempt to save it. After 55 played minutes SE Palestra Itália got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Cardozo. Iuri Pernambucano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Arósio in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SE Palestra Itália's Alfredo Pinho got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to SE Palestra Itália getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alfredo Pinho hit a great ball. SE Palestra Itália's Iuri Pernambucano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jailson de Amaral in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Nicolas Arósio notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of SE Palestra Itália's Iuri Pernambucano. Iuri Pernambucano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to SE Palestra Itália getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Vinícius Freitas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinho Dracena in the 71st minute of play forced SE Palestra Itália's goalkeeper Iuri Pernambucano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Jailson de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iuri Pernambucano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válter Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zuera Never End MZC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after SE Palestra Itália's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edinho Dracena took the corner. In the 86th minute Nicolas Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iuri Pernambucano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Nicolas Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zuera Never End MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Arósio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iuri Pernambucano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zuera Never End MZC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
