The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dionisio Guter in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christos Agathoulis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dionisio Guter scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christos Agathoulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute of the game Giannis Basinas made a throw-in which Thalis Pirimachos played forward. Christos Agathoulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Guter, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Trifillia.FC's zone, Kang Ke Zhen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christos Agathoulis came out of the goal and Kang Ke Zhen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Christoforos Zografos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dante Frascuelo, 1-2. Christos Agathoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Guter in the 37th minute of the match. Teodosio Bermudez hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Dionisio Guter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christos Agathoulis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. A collision led to Trifillia.FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Feliciano Su hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jassem Al Khars to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Dionisio Guter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Globalización's Kang Ke Zhen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dimitris Stavrinos, made in the 54th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Urbasa couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artemio Urbasa got free with Christos Agathoulis in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Globalización were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Trifillia.FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Artemio Urbasa took the corner. Artemio Urbasa made a great header on Globalización's corner, it was just that Trifillia.FC's Christos Agathoulis managed to reach the ball for a save. With 91 minutes on the clock, Edelmiro Reno commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Globalización! Mehmet Bilge Bartu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The Trifillia.FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Globalización were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
