The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Globalización's Dionisio Guter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ingolf Ortmark made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Dante Frascuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Peralta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Villalobos's late challenge caught a Globalización's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Villalobos helped the player get up and apologised. Frente Revolucionario F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Dionisio Guter scored to the left of an out of position Ingolf Ortmark, making the score, 3-0. Ingolf Ortmark came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Globalización's Dionisio Guter. But to his dismay, Dionisio Guter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Dionisio Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ingolf Ortmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Globalización's Dante Frascuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon García in the 30th minute of play. Frente Revolucionario F.C's Ingolf Ortmark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Frente Revolucionario F.C from getting a goal against them. Dionisio Guter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Globalización getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Kang Ke Zhen hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bonifacio Matxin to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Dionisio Guter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Artemio Urbasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingolf Ortmark read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Artemio Urbasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ingolf Ortmark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artemio Urbasa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 79th match minute, Frente Revolucionario F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Spadafora to maneuver through the defense. Frente Revolucionario F.C's Tomasz Tobaczewski was substituted for Duda Barbosa. Globalización's Ruperto Bingen was substituted for Juan Txilar.
