Iker Boruc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lisandro Iraunkor's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Iker Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Iraunkor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when GIOVANNI DZIADZIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lech Giertych didn't get a good kick on the ball. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Iker Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Iraunkor in the 19th minute of play. If Lisandro Iraunkor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Mafia Koniaka's Lisandro Iraunkor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Boruc made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lisandro Iraunkor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Boruc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Despite this Iker Boruc quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sylwester Zima was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Lisandro Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateusz Mlekodaj hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Walery Balkiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Zima, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute Remo Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Balkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Iraunkor in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lúcio da Silva was slow to take the kick. During this time Mafia Koniaka's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mafia Koniaka's Radomil Dudkowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Iker Boruc despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lisandro Iraunkor took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Boruc. Iker Boruc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Mafia Koniaka made a substitution. Ziemowit Sidorowicz replaced Stasio Wyrzykowski. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Iker Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipo Inzaghi in the 77th minute of play. Iker Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ziemowit Sidorowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radomil Dudkowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iker Boruc firmly grabbed it by the left post. Radomil Dudkowski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Iker Boruc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Walery Balkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylwester Zima in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Parajewski in the 91st minute of play forced GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's goalkeeper Iker Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Filipo Inzaghi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mafia Koniaka's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
