The corner led Zjem Cię's Tolek Wojtyna to fire away a dangerous shot which Christian Abbiati despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 39th match minute, Zjem Cię was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Wojtyna to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute Gösta Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Jajko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Napoleon Jajko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gösta Söderberg's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute of the match KANONIERZY got a corner. Zjem Cię's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ime Mavros ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on KANONIERZY's corner Ludomil Poteralski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Napoleon Jajko quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Söderberg in the 88th minute of play forced Zjem Cię's goalkeeper Napoleon Jajko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Söderberg took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Napoleon Jajko. Napoleon Jajko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Amador Presebal kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the KANONIERZY players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
