In the 14th minute, Șerban Chihaia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS HANZA Goleniów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 19th minute Șerban Chihaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szymon Konieczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edílson Souza in the 21st minute of play forced KS HANZA Goleniów's goalkeeper Maj Maj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Edílson Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS HANZA Goleniów's Maj Maj was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mieszko Borkowski got free with Maj Maj in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fifth Chicken's Szymon Konieczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Șerban Chihaia in the 35th minute of play. Edílson Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Maj Maj made a huge save. 39 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when KS HANZA Goleniów's Morgan Lundqvist fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 42 minutes into the match, Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maj Maj narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of KS HANZA Goleniów booed when Fifth Chicken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Loncki didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, KS HANZA Goleniów's Maj Maj got control of the ball when Mieszko Borkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patryk Dulka to make the kick off. A collision led to KS HANZA Goleniów getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Edmund Moryl hit a great ball. Maj Maj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edílson Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 58 minutes KS HANZA Goleniów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mieszko Borkowski who took care of the corner kick. Maj Maj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mieszko Borkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KS HANZA Goleniów's Miromir Podowski was substituted for Patryk Dulka. The throw-in from Herbert Bobrowski in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KS HANZA Goleniów's Edmund Moryl. The crowd rose to their feet as Șerban Chihaia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Szymon Konieczny. That made the score 0-2 in the 68 minute of play. Maj Maj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Bartochowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. KS HANZA Goleniów made a substitution. Ryan Giggs replaced Morgan Lundqvist. After 75 minutes KS HANZA Goleniów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cezary Bartochowski who took care of the corner kick. Benedykt Watarz thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Maj Maj, a very annoying self made goal in the 75th minute which led to 1-2. 80 minutes into the match, KS HANZA Goleniów's goal looked a bit too open when Edílson Souza came free, but Maj Maj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Waldemar Tipinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maj Maj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KS HANZA Goleniów's Maj Maj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Tipinski in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krzysztof Dziewedik in the 89th minute of play forced KS HANZA Goleniów's goalkeeper Maj Maj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maj Maj made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
