Cobus de Backer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Udo Giehl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. After some careless play in the De tulpen SC defense, 胡南星 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cobus de Backer. The De tulpen SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cobus de Backer should have stopped the shot. Cobus de Backer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cobus de Backer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Udo Giehl in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 39th minute Udo Giehl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cobus de Backer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Quebrachitos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Cobus de Backer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Udo Giehl's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Cobus de Backer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 胡南星, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute.
