With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Stone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's Marcelino Oxarra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ivan Stone in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 minutes into the game, Andres Feo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ivan Stone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 18th play minutes Dario Benedetto shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Ivan Stone and just under the crossbar into goal. Freddie Bloom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Hugo Gatti made a huge save. In the 27th minute of the match, Roger Crossley tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hugo Gatti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Angelino Hats kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dario Benedetto to make the kick off. DξPΘЯΤIVØ 25's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Benedetto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Crossley in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Benedetto came free, but Ivan Stone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see T H F C lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
