In the 13thth minute of the game Xie Shu Tian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but tHe SOnS of rAGnar's José Sá was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denílson Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Giardino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walter Giardino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Giardino in the 14th minute of play forced Pecém's goalkeeper Denílson Leão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Andrade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Sá having to make a save. Denílson Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Giardino in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Shu Tian came free, but José Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xie Shu Tian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Sá read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Pecém were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after tHe SOnS of rAGnar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ibon Obeso took the corner. The corner led to Pecém's Ibon Obeso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After having played for 27 minutes, Xie Shu Tian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pecém's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xie Shu Tian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Juarês Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Laurence Snow notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pecém's Denílson Leão. Denílson Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute Alexis Alexandris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denílson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's attentive Aurelio Lucian managed to snatch the ball when Luca Schroeder made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game.

In the 72nd minute of the match, Alexis Alexandris got a very nice opportunity to score, but Denílson Leão was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Laurence Snow could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Denílson Leão made a huge save. Denílson Leão made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Laurence Snow sent off a good shot on target.
