It was a well-played corner which Josué Pagueguy managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After having played for 8 minutes, Roch Felenak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Pointe Courte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roch Felenak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jolan Galindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Su Ting Han, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Nereo Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Pagueguy, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Su Ting Han shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jolan Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Joachim in the 24th minute of play forced La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Liher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roch Felenak went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher got control of the ball when Roch Felenak tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Colesterol FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Roch Felenak scored to the left of an out of position Nereo Liher, making the score, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roch Felenak got free with Nereo Liher in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39 minutes, Roch Felenak made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save El Colesterol FC from getting a goal against them. Nereo Liher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roch Felenak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Roch Felenak managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Pointe Courte's supporters rose to their feet, but Roch Felenak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Liher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roch Felenak in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Liher saved El Colesterol FC from getting behind. Josué Pagueguy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Nereo Liher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nereo Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Leite in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Leite in the 67th minute of play forced El Colesterol FC's goalkeeper Nereo Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of El Colesterol FC booed when La Pointe Courte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. After a defensive mix-up in El Colesterol FC's zone, Yves Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Liher came out of the goal and Yves Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Yves Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match La Pointe Courte got a corner. El Colesterol FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag.
