Club Atletico Fenix's Celso Meder got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Su Ting Han's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anders Larsson was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 19thth minute of the game Celso Meder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Club Atletico Fenix fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Club Atletico Fenix's Celso Meder looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Club Atletico Fenix's Anders Larsson got control of the ball when Su Ting Han tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nereo Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Olentzaro in the 25th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Fenix's goalkeeper Anders Larsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Su Ting Han. Anders Larsson made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Su Ting Han sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Fidel Joachim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anders Larsson was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Jacinto Olentzaro struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Nereo Liher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Fenix. After the first half Club Atletico Fenix were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Su Ting Han was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, El Colesterol FC's Fidel Joachim got a free kick in the 51st minute. Club Atletico Fenix's Eskil Åkesson was substituted for Mariano Santiago. In the 58th minute of the match Club Atletico Fenix got a corner. El Colesterol FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabian Arenaza ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Fabian Arenaza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nereo Liher quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Meder in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Club Atletico Fenix getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Aldo Otoniel hit a great ball. Club Atletico Fenix's Lorenzo Eyague was substituted for Aaron Hibai. After 67 played minutes Club Atletico Fenix got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Otoniel. 70 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Fenix's goal looked a bit too open when Binjamin Balckmans came free, but Anders Larsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atletico Fenix made a substitution. Inocencio Ugutz replaced Fabian Arenaza. Ezequiel Padro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Club Atletico Fenix's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Nereo Liher successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nereo Liher was a little too slow when Jacinto Olentzaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-3. 92 minutes into the game, Binjamin Balckmans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Colesterol FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Fenix the free kick. The supporters of Club Atletico Fenix booed when El Colesterol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Binjamin Balckmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nereo Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskil Åkesson in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Atletico Fenix had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
