After 11 minutes of play, Velho Barreiro FC's Zico Galo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 邓真义 was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferid Eker in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 邓真义 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jordan Donevski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Iker Hidalgo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ferid Eker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 邓真义 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After having played for 42 minutes, Ferid Eker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Velho Barreiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferid Eker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Claudio-Paul Caniggia made a kick off. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Salvino in the 50th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zico Galo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Vânderson Carioca's late challenge caught a Psycho-Circus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Velho Barreiro FC's Vânderson Carioca got a free kick in the 60th minute. 邓真义 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Galo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker managed to work through Psycho-Circus's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ferid Eker dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Psycho-Circus's Isaias Serapio was substituted for Adolfo Salvino. Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme was substituted for Ferid Eker. Psycho-Circus's Alexis MacAlister was substituted for Ähsän Xudadverdiyev. Edmílson Cosme who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of 邓真义 when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
