Ferid Eker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Dario Wilhelm made a huge save. Zico Galo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Wilhelm having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Amir Lee left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cascade Park West fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Amir Lee hit a great ball. Ferid Eker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Velho Barreiro FC's zone, Waldo Renteria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Hidalgo came out of the goal and Waldo Renteria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm got control of the ball when Ferid Eker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iker Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amir Lee in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Velho Barreiro FC's Zico Galo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dario Wilhelm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dario Wilhelm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Montenegro in the 46th minute of the match. Naldo Guerra's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dario Wilhelm firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 48th minute of the match, Naldo Guerra got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dario Wilhelm was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferid Eker to strike the kick off in the second half. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Velho Barreiro FC from getting a goal against them. Dario Wilhelm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferid Eker in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Galo in the 58th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Dario Wilhelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute Ferid Eker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Wilhelm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match Lovis Wefers shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Wilhelm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferid Eker in the 74th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dario Wilhelm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo Guerra in the 81st minute of play. Rolland Hobbs hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Dario Wilhelm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Hidalgo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldo Renteria's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute.
