Marcial Lordi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute AFC FUSION were awarded a corner. Dawid Beckham went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcial Lordi came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC FUSION's Aureliano Karlo. But to his dismay, Aureliano Karlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, AFC FUSION's Jonatan Maidana got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 38th minute, Aureliano Karlo made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Lordi. RIVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Marco Rudolfo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, RIVER's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Marcial Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Gora in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niki Lauda was the one to do the kick off. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Târban, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Marcial Lordi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aureliano Karlo went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, AFC FUSION's Marcial Lordi threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aureliano Karlo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when RIVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni Lenhardt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giovanni Lenhardt hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Fiszer in the 69th minute of play forced RIVER's goalkeeper Marcial Lordi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcial Lordi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Karlo's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. AFC FUSION's Mari Balotelli was substituted for Aureliano Karlo. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by RIVER's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dawid Beckham was slow to take the kick. During this time AFC FUSION's players had a chance to rest. 84 minutes into the match, RIVER's Niki Lauda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roberto Eztebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mari Balotelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Marcial Lordi made a huge save. AFC FUSION's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dawid Beckham in the 87th minute. Marcial Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mari Balotelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Germano Bettencourt. 95 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Târban came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AFC FUSION's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
