The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nicklas Gibo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Izidors Boldāns tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ragnar Haström hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Izidors Boldāns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Polkoski in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Porshøj FC booed when FC Nereta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimonds Vitals didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, FC Nereta's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Gibo came free, but Izidors Boldāns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaijo Trumm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ēriks Mincis in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match, Ragnar Haström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Izidors Boldāns saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 21 minutes into the match, Ragnar Haström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Izidors Boldāns. FC Nereta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ragnar Haström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ēriks Mincis in the 24th minute of play forced Porshøj FC's goalkeeper Kaijo Trumm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aivils Burss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izidors Boldāns was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Ragnar Haström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ragnar Haström really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. FC Nereta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Nicklas Gibo scored to the left of an out of position Izidors Boldāns, making the score, 4-0. After 44 played minutes FC Nereta got a freekick which was hit by Kaspars Budavs. FC Nereta's Izidors Boldāns proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save FC Nereta from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the match, FC Nereta's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Haström came free, but Izidors Boldāns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olaf Polkoski was the one to do the kick off. Izidors Boldāns took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Haström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olaf Polkoski took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Izidors Boldāns. Izidors Boldāns dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 58th minute, Ragnar Haström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Porshøj FC booed when FC Nereta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimonds Vitals didn't get a good kick on the ball. Izidors Boldāns made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicklas Gibo in the 64th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Stephen Talbot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porshøj FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Nereta the free kick. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Porshøj FC! Kaspars Budavs charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaspars Budavs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olaf Polkoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izidors Boldāns having to interfere. Nicklas Gibo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izidors Boldāns having to interfere. Andrejs Unbolds scored 6-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaijo Trumm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hannes Gerat kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Agnis Pabrūklis has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 83rd minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. 85 minutes into the match, FC Nereta's goal looked a bit too open when Nicklas Gibo came free, but Izidors Boldāns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Polkoski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izidors Boldāns having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicklas Gibo in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Nereta's goalkeeper Izidors Boldāns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Porshøj FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
