In the 7th match minute, El Colesterol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Beturian to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match Domingo Remigio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nereo Liher skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Li Zhi in the 9th minute of play forced El Colesterol FC's goalkeeper Nereo Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RIVER's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Su Ting Han scored to the left of an out of position Marcial Lordi, making the score, 1-0. Nereo Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niki Lauda in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, RIVER's goalkeeper Marcial Lordi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vecdi İnceman. In the 17th minute, Su Ting Han made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Lordi. RIVER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. RIVER's Niki Lauda got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nereo Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niki Lauda in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, El Colesterol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Niki Lauda came free, but Nereo Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Su Ting Han could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Marcial Lordi made a huge save. Marcial Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Su Ting Han in the 31st minute of play. With an all-out effort, El Colesterol FC's Marcial Lordi threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vecdi İnceman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nereo Liher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niki Lauda's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. RIVER's Marcial Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Joachim in the 35th minute of play. Fidel Joachim kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. RIVER's Fidel Gora was substituted for Bruno Oxarra. The audience was convinced that Niki Lauda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Liher was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tobias Belmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in RIVER's zone, Fidel Joachim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Lordi came out of the goal and Fidel Joachim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Gio Lo Celso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niki Lauda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Liher having to interfere. After 63 played minutes El Colesterol FC got a freekick which was hit by Vecdi İnceman. Nereo Liher made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Eric Târban sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Colesterol FC's goalkeeper Nereo Liher, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot 72 in the game by Eric Târban from a close distance when the talented Nereo Liher managed to make a qualified save. El Colesterol FC's players were relieved. Marcial Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Joachim in the 73rd minute of play. Marcial Lordi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vecdi İnceman in the 75th minute of the match. Marcial Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Joachim, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. El Colesterol FC's Nereo Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niki Lauda in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of El Colesterol FC booed when RIVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Belmiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the El Colesterol FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
