Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luka Toni to make the kick off. Dane Ball hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kentucky Mustangs's zone, Luka Toni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Titus Fernandez came out of the goal and Luka Toni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Luka Toni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Emanuele Monzeglio made a precise shot to the right of Titus Fernandez. Kentucky Mustangs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 92 minutes into the game, Emanuele Monzeglio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Titus Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
