In the 4th match minute, OldHighburyInvincibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edoardo Gabriele to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute, OldHighburyInvincibles's Bernardo Rocco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernardo Rocco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of OldHighburyInvincibles protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernardo Rocco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of OldHighburyInvincibles:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wargön:s goal. André Onana had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Wictor Pihlberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 32nd match minute, OldHighburyInvincibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Arcangeli to maneuver through the defense. André Onana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Törnkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Amos Arcangeli hit a great ball. Sivert Bollström might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Onana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sivert Bollström ran back to his position shaking his head. Kenneth Lange scored 0-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Onana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. OldHighburyInvincibles's André Onana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Rune Törnkvist in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Luka Toni made the kick off in the second half. Kenneth Lange received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. André Onana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luka Toni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Toni came free, but Jan-Åke Ståhlman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amos Arcangeli kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match Kenneth Lange sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Onana skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Amos Arcangeli hit a great ball. Sivert Bollström might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Onana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sivert Bollström ran back to his position shaking his head. 62 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper André Onana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bengt-Rune Törnkvist. Jan-Åke Ståhlman came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by OldHighburyInvincibles's Luka Toni. But to his dismay, Luka Toni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 73rd minute, Florian Paolucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, OldHighburyInvincibles's goalkeeper André Onana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenneth Lange. After 79 played minutes Wargön got a freekick which was hit by Erland Nordlund. A collision led to OldHighburyInvincibles getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Amos Arcangeli hit a great ball. In the 87th minute Florian Paolucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Ståhlman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match, Kenneth Lange tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Onana saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 92nd minute, Anfilogino Colasante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wargön played a much better game than OldHighburyInvincibles and deserved their victory. The OldHighburyInvincibles players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
