Apolo Quilo made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Albano Aurken sent off a good shot on target. Hernan Licerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Ekain, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Adrian Gilesindo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Sporting Club Victoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Licerio should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Gorosti came free, but Hernan Licerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Eladio was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Sporting Club Victoria defense, Pablo Lizzio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Licerio. The Sporting Club Victoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Licerio should have stopped the shot. Cable a Tierra's Baltasar Gaitan was substituted for Pablo Lizzio. 77 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goalkeeper Hernan Licerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Gorosti. Roberto Endura kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebio Gorosti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hernan Licerio. That made the score 0-11 in the 84 minute of play. Hernan Licerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Gaitan, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Baltasar Gaitan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hernan Licerio. Baltasar Gaitan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. The Sporting Club Victoria fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cable a Tierra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
