The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Javi Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Cirilo Txanton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Andrei Quijana made a huge save. Cirilo Txanton came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andrei Quijana could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Aparicio Cao put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeo Distiratsu. Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aparicio Cao in the 13th minute of play. Tadeo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aparicio Cao in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Foguera's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Cordearo came free, but Andrei Quijana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 26th minute of the game was made by Maurin Cabanela with Leizarraga Balboa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tadeo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurin Cabanela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leizarraga Balboa in the 35th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maurin Cabanela came free, but Tadeo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aparicio Cao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Foguera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leizarraga Balboa to maneuver through the defense. Andrei Quijana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Cordearo in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute David Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Foguera made a substitution. Gonza Moya replaced Amato Aguado. Jarana FC made a substitution. Sigve Rossland replaced Apolo Enaut. Jarana FC were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Foguera's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eulalio Jakes took the corner. Jarana FC's Sigve Rossland was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andrei Quijana in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 72nd minute Wilfredo Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Quijana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Sigve Rossland hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Leizarraga Balboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Foguera's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute Aparicio Cao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Distiratsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aparicio Cao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute Sigve Rossland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Quijana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Wilfredo Gitano put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andrei Quijana.

101 minutes into the game, Egun Montiel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Foguera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jarana FC the free kick. Egun Montiel hit a great freekick 101 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aparicio Cao in the 104th minute of play forced Jarana FC's goalkeeper Tadeo Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 107 minutes into the match, Foguera's Leizarraga Balboa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadeo Distiratsu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 108th minute, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jarana FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Foguera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
