In the 20thth minute of the game Godofredo Leyton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Bajenby's Bengt Byström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Adolphe De Coster left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Bajenby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Yu Ang Chuan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarl Torsberg in the 32nd minute.
