The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dominik Plumber during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stronghold S.A made a substitution. Manel Villa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Davenport, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amilcar Gomez in the 13th minute of play forced T H F C's goalkeeper Dale Kinsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Amilcar Gomez came free, but Dale Kinsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amilcar Gomez got free with Dale Kinsey in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the game, Stronghold S.A's Nurettin Vefalı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dale Kinsey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Amilcar Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the game, Nurettin Vefalı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stronghold S.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave T H F C the free kick. Nurettin Vefalı kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Remigio Urdaspal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dale Kinsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, T H F C's Dale Kinsey got control of the ball when Amilcar Gomez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Stronghold S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Davenport came free, but Manel Villa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Philip Davenport to make the kick off. The Stronghold S.A fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. T H F C's Dale Kinsey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amilcar Gomez in the 82nd minute of play. Dale Kinsey came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Stronghold S.A's Amilcar Gomez. But to his dismay, Amilcar Gomez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Dale Kinsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amilcar Gomez in the 88th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Amado Mero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stronghold S.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave T H F C the free kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the T H F C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stronghold S.A.
