When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rene Aires sped through CERPA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugenio Asier. 10 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's Rene Aires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugenio Asier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugenio Asier came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Loco De Remate's Bruno Medero. But to his dismay, Bruno Medero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hıdır Namal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, CERPA's goal looked a bit too open when Hıdır Namal came free, but Eugenio Asier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Asier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Aires's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. When Ignacio Viviano fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CERPA's protests and gave Ignacio Viviano a yellow card for diving instead. Ignacio Viviano hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Aires in the 36th minute of play forced CERPA's goalkeeper Eugenio Asier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Rene Aires ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Asier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 38th minute Bruno Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Asier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Asier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 39th minute of play. Amado Nisio hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Eugenio Asier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hıdır Namal in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half Loco De Remate were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rene Aires who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Eugenio Asier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Rene Aires fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eugenio Asier, passed just outside the right post. CERPA were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Loco De Remate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benedicto Medero took the corner. The corner led to CERPA's Wilhelm Volle getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Loco De Remate made a substitution. Baškim Sumulikovski replaced Laurids Grejsen. Eugenio Asier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 72nd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Rene Aires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Asier. CERPA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rene Aires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. In the 81st minute Victoriano Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Öksal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Medero's late challenge caught a CERPA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Medero helped the player get up and apologised. Bruno Medero kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Christobal in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Asier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Loco De Remate booed when CERPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Gau didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Olimpiu Morozan fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CERPA's protests and gave Olimpiu Morozan a yellow card for diving instead. Eugenio Asier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Christobal in the 94th minute of play.
