Franco Benvenuto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Brasil made a huge save. Edvaldo Brasil came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Timo!'s Arquímedes Cesario. But to his dismay, Arquímedes Cesario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Elpidio Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Salles in the 14th minute of the match. SAS's Edvaldo Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Benvenuto in the 22nd minute of play. Timo!'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emilio Ravenna in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandrinho Valle in the 26th minute of play forced Timo!'s goalkeeper Elpidio Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izydor Karbowski in the 28th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agostinho Carneiro during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edvaldo Brasil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franco Benvenuto in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Guilherme Paraense to strike the kick off in the second half. If Agostinho Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arquímedes Cesario in the 60th minute of play forced SAS's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvaldo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Karbowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blas Maldonado was slow to take the kick. During this time Timo!'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Timo!'s Telmo Camargo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Salles in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Amor saved Timo! from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Elpidio Amor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 89th minute Ilie Hurmuz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvaldo Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timo!'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Glauco Baiano scored to the left of an out of position Elpidio Amor, making the score, 4-2. 95 minutes into the match, SAS's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Karbowski came free, but Edvaldo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandr Lunin in the 96th minute of play forced SAS's goalkeeper Edvaldo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
