Wilson Cassia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo in the 9th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, New Joinville - FSCMZ's Wilson Cassia threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Claudinho Terra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 13 played minutes Claudinho Terra rounded A.A. Francana's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Gustavo-Hernán Cadelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Wilson Cassia made a huge save. In the 16th minute of the match New Joinville - FSCMZ got a corner. A.A. Francana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hugo Favoretto ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Bruno de Senna got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Cassia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. New Joinville - FSCMZ's Gustavo Gustavson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean de Barros in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Jean de Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Gustavson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 23rd minute, Armando Orlando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruy Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Gustavson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Orlando in the 34th minute of the match. Claudinho Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Wilson Cassia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Cassia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Claudinho Terra scored 2-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Cassia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Orlando during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of New Joinville - FSCMZ booed when A.A. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Cassia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rui Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilson Cassia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Deivid Vander's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Wilson Cassia came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by New Joinville - FSCMZ's Deivid Vander. But to his dismay, Deivid Vander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deivid Vander in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Cassia saved A.A. Francana from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deivid Vander in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Cassia prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
