Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Magno Moreira started the match with the kick off. Ronaldo Meirelles's late challenge caught a S.C. Reis United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronaldo Meirelles helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Vila Zumbi - Férias got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo Meirelles. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geovanildo Mendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magno Moreira in the 13th minute of play forced S.C. Reis United's goalkeeper João Paulo Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Paulo Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, S.C. Reis United's goal looked a bit too open when Elano Coutinho came free, but João Paulo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Paulo Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Moreira in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Cunha to maneuver through the defense. João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano Coutinho in the 25th minute of play. Vila Zumbi - Férias's Geovanildo Mendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Gaspar in the 29th minute of play. S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano Coutinho in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, S.C. Reis United's Eduardo Gaspar got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes, Sílvio Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vila Zumbi - Férias and the S.C. Reis United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Vila Zumbi - Férias getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Sílvio Queirós hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magno Moreira in the 40th minute of play forced S.C. Reis United's goalkeeper João Paulo Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute Eduardo Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanildo Mendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magno Moreira took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The S.C. Reis United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vila Zumbi - Férias were winning 0-1.

In the 55th minute, André Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Paulo Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Moreira in the 57th minute of the match. Agnaldo Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Eduardo Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Geovanildo Mendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Zumbi - Férias's Elano Coutinho. But to his dismay, Elano Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Geovanildo Mendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sílvio Queirós was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Geovanildo Mendi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Elano Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Agnaldo Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldo Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. João Paulo Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, S.C. Reis United's Gualter Cardoso got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Elano Coutinho came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Vila Zumbi - Férias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elano Coutinho couldn't finish the play. If Elano Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Vila Zumbi - Férias's Geovanildo Beckenbauer got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Vila Zumbi - Férias supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vila Zumbi - Férias would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
