When Serafim Ramalho was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. Serafim Ramalho hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rômulo Soares in the 87th minute of play forced MUSHIBA FC's goalkeeper Rômulo Souto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Al-Fajuth's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maicon Zanette in the 88th minute. After taking down the ball on Al-Fajuth's corner Maicon Zanette fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rômulo Souto quite easily take care of the ball.
