Berbiz Iruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Monkiewicz Gay could shoot a difficult shot in the 15th minute, which İrfan-Can Eğribayat however easily saved by the left post. Tanju Çolak kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Berbiz Iruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanju Çolak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İrfan-Can Eğribayat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Gay, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanju Çolak in the 34th minute of play. İrfan-Can Eğribayat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Gay in the 36th minute of the match. Abel Gay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but İrfan-Can Eğribayat made a huge save. İrfan-Can Eğribayat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Gay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Abel Gay made the kick off in the second half. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Ulu Şavat scored to the left of an out of position Berbiz Iruz, making the score, 1-1. Tanju Çolak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Berbiz Iruz came out and tried to block the shot, but Tanju Çolak slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. In the 70th match minute, Nevşehirspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedrettin Savtuna to maneuver through the defense. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Luzea Pedrero got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 73 played minutes Nevşehirspor got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Necati Türkol. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuralp Karabugra in the 75th minute of play. Abel Gay took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İrfan-Can Eğribayat. İrfan-Can Eğribayat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Ostadar Segarra was substituted for Monkiewicz Gay. İrfan-Can Eğribayat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Gay, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute Abel Gay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İrfan-Can Eğribayat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Caradaro Azpilcueta hit a great ball. İrfan-Can Eğribayat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Gay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İrfan-Can Eğribayat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Gay in the 96th minute of play. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 2-2. Extra-time would have to be played.

After 100 played minutes 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES got a freekick which was hit by Mantzio Berges. In the 101st minute Tanju Çolak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berbiz Iruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nevşehirspor were awarded a corner in the 104th minute after 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Boğaçhan Kutberk took the corner. The corner ended in Boğaçhan Kutberk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES's Berbiz Iruz did a great save. Caradaro Azpilcueta was shown his second yellow card after 105 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 106 played minutes 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES got a freekick which was hit by Caradaro Azpilcueta. 109 minutes into the game, Tanju Çolak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Berbiz Iruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nevşehirspor's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
