An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitor Roque in the 3rd minute of play forced Mira Sintra's goalkeeper João Brites to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Necip Paşa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alípio Rego to make any attempt to save it. If Qu Ting Ming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alípio Rego came out of the goal and Vicente Taveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Brites showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitor Roque in the 33rd minute of the match. João Brites took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeus Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bembenfica's Alípio Rego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Bembenfica from getting a goal against them. After 39 played minutes Mira Sintra got a freekick which was hit by Claudemiro Peixoto. Mira Sintra's João Brites played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Terrasi in the 43rd minute of play. When Necip Paşa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Mira Sintra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necip Paşa couldn't finish the play. Alípio Rego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necip Paşa in the 45th minute of the match. João Brites showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitor Roque, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After 47 minutes, Claudemiro Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mira Sintra and the Bembenfica players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 played minutes Mira Sintra got a freekick which was hit by Claudemiro Peixoto.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florian Terrasi made a kick off. When Bembenfica's Florian Terrasi in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mira Sintra's goalkeeper João Brites, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. João Brites made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitor Roque in the 78th minute. Alípio Rego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necip Paşa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Mira Sintra's goalkeeper João Brites had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeus Duarte. In the 81st minute, Armindo Sabrosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute Necip Paşa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Rego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Necip Paşa in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alípio Rego saved Bembenfica from getting behind. Augusto Vale hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Bembenfica's Alípio Rego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necip Paşa in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute Necip Paşa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Rego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Bembenfica's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Taveira came free, but Alípio Rego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mira Sintra's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
