Club Deportivo O IRIXO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torbellino the free kick. A collision led to Club Deportivo O IRIXO getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Pello Cameno hit a great ball. Gilesindo Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Christobal in the 13th minute of play. Club Deportivo O IRIXO's Gilesindo Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Christobal in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo O IRIXO's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Aztore came free, but Gilesindo Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilesindo Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Christobal's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 22 minutes, Leonardo Romani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo O IRIXO and the Torbellino players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Club Deportivo O IRIXO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Romani to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Joel Cordaryal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilesindo Paredes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The supporters of Torbellino booed when Club Deportivo O IRIXO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mosen Carballeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilesindo Paredes acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 33rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ovidio Lucian. Gilesindo Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Christobal in the 37th minute of play. Joel Cordaryal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilesindo Paredes came out and tried to block the shot, but Joel Cordaryal slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute Pedro Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilesindo Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilesindo Paredes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaston Aztore in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pedro Christobal made the kick off in the second half. Ovidio Lucian charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidio Lucian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Ovidio Lucian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilesindo Paredes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Cordarell, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
