Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Skay Škarpa kicked off to start the match. With 7 minutes on the clock, Marian Pawlak commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for FC Fanaticii. Eric Apostu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cyryl Liberko. 0-1. In the 12th minute of the match, Mieszko Mazierski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florin Pruneda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cyryl Liberko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihai Măliță went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the game, Olaf Soroka threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Fanaticii's Ernest Poplăcean quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mihai Măliță kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Mihai Măliță blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cyryl Liberko having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Skarpa Ełk's zone, Gică Curcă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyryl Liberko came out of the goal and Gică Curcă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gică Curcă hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Wladyslaw Borczak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Florin Pruneda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The FC Fanaticii fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when FC Fanaticii's Mihai Măliță looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC Fanaticii's Florin Pruneda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save FC Fanaticii from getting a goal against them. After 36 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Mugurel Cezar. In the 39th minute Stefan Waselewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Pruneda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mieszko Mazierski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florin Pruneda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Borczak in the 44th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gică Curcă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyryl Liberko was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The supporters of FC Fanaticii booed when Skarpa Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Soroka didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Fanaticii's Remus Ostoici was substituted for Francisc Ciocâlteu. Olaf Soroka hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gică Curcă stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Waselewicz in the 66th minute of play forced FC Fanaticii's goalkeeper Florin Pruneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Fanaticii's Florin Pruneda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Borczak in the 69th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of FC Fanaticii:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skarpa Ełk:s goal. Florin Pruneda had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Barnaba Weyna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 79th match minute, FC Fanaticii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernest Poplăcean to maneuver through the defense. Cyryl Liberko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Măliță in the 81st minute of play. When Skarpa Ełk's Stefan Waselewicz in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fanaticii's goalie prevented a goal. Cyryl Liberko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Măliță in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Leontin Comăneci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cyryl Liberko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernest Poplăcean went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. FC Fanaticii were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Skarpa Ełk's much stronger midfield.
