The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to T H F C getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Franz Midgley hit a great ball. The supporters of Ghost Hunters booed when T H F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Gillow didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doriva Sousa. Luke Bush made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Doriva Sousa sent off a good shot on target. Luke Bush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Sousa in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Emil Krafth hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Gillow came free, but Jósef Wandzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franz Midgley took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jósef Wandzik. Jósef Wandzik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ghost Hunters's Jósef Wandzik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matt Friend in the 28th minute of play. Jósef Wandzik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Midgley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luke Bush made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doriva Sousa in the 33rd minute. Doriva Sousa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Luke Bush when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The corner led Ghost Hunters's Henri-Patrick Grocholski to fire away a dangerous shot which Luke Bush despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Doriva Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Bush was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doriva Sousa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doriva Sousa in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luke Bush saved T H F C from getting behind. Doriva Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luke Bush tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luke Bush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 57th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jósef Wandzik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matt Friend. Jósef Wandzik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Neil Gill went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Doriva Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luke Bush was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Jósef Wandzik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matt Friend in the 66th minute of play. The corner led Ghost Hunters's Nils-Åke Alströmer to fire away a dangerous shot which Luke Bush despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Nils-Åke Alströmer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but T H F C's Luke Bush was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luke Bush made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. T H F C's Orson Billington was substituted for Donny Beckwith. T H F C made a substitution. Samuel Shakespeare replaced Franz Midgley. T H F C's Shawn Coulson was substituted for Matt Friend. 77 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luke Bush narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doriva Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luke Bush. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doriva Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Ghost Hunters made a substitution. Victor Nyström replaced Virgo Penc. John-Paul Lumbergs hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, T H F C's Daniel Gillow got a free kick in the 89th minute. Luke Bush made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doriva Sousa in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ghost Hunters succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though T H F C had controlled the match.
