Ulli Hartwig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tjark Heerdt in the 7th minute of play. Buffalo Bills's Ulli Hartwig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tjark Heerdt in the 8th minute of play. RÖK's attentive Geraldo Amaral managed to snatch the ball when Alfred Wieczorek made a throw-in in the 10th minute of the game. The throw-in from Apantaratamas Albuquerque in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RÖK's Humberto Mandrak. The audience thought a goal was coming when Klement Praski got free with Carlos Montenegro in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Buffalo Bills's Moisés Igrejas to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Montenegro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, RÖK's Tjark Heerdt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulli Hartwig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, RÖK's goal looked a bit too open when Klement Praski came free, but Carlos Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes RÖK got a freekick which was hit by Leo Chuse. Jarrett Hogan kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Buffalo Bills's Alfred Wieczorek couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for RÖK. Buffalo Bills's Adalbert Jantzen was substituted for Love Canada. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frerk Hentschel was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buffalo Bills's goalkeeper Ulli Hartwig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59thth minute of the game Tjark Heerdt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buffalo Bills's Ulli Hartwig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charles Laguna kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Frerk Hentschel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of RÖK's Carlos Montenegro. Carlos Montenegro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tjark Heerdt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulli Hartwig having to make a save. Buffalo Bills's Ulli Hartwig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Buffalo Bills from getting a goal against them. In the 74th match minute, RÖK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, RÖK's Olavo Palmeira got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 81st match minute, RÖK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarrett Hogan to maneuver through the defense. RÖK's Uffe Outzing was substituted for Charles Laguna. The supporters of Buffalo Bills booed when RÖK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buffalo Bills's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvano Errapel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RÖK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
