Doriva Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jósef Wandzik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tjark Heerdt in the 9th minute of play. In the 16th minute Tjark Heerdt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jósef Wandzik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doriva Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes in the game Anselmo Mandrak did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tjark Heerdt. After 39 played minutes Ghost Hunters got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Melander.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tjark Heerdt made a kick off. In the 54th minute Tjark Heerdt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jósef Wandzik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RÖK's David Chucho was substituted for Leo Chuse. RÖK's Silvano Errapel was substituted for Tjark Heerdt. Ghost Hunters's Victor Nyström was substituted for Virgo Penc. Jósef Wandzik made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Chucho in the 84th minute. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ghost Hunters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcinho Brasil was slow to take the kick. During this time RÖK's players had a chance to rest. Ghost Hunters's Henri-Patrick Grocholski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Anselmo Mandrak in the 91 minute of the game. In the 94th minute, Silvano Errapel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ghost Hunters had won after a very even match.
