A collision led to RÖK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Charles Laguna hit a great ball. Carlos Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Vázquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Aurelio Serapio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Tjark Heerdt took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gabriel Porfiro to make any attempt to save it. Gabriel Porfiro was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Tjark Heerdt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tjark Heerdt really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, RÖK's Tjark Heerdt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Porfiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luganeros AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Tjark Heerdt scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Porfiro, making the score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tjark Heerdt got free with Gabriel Porfiro in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Luganeros AFC's Gabriel Porfiro got control of the ball when Tjark Heerdt tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Luis Vázquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Montenegro was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Luganeros AFC made a substitution. Cesar Restu replaced Luciano Luix. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Vázquez to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Luis Vázquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luganeros AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Vázquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of RÖK booed when Luganeros AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Porfiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tjark Heerdt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luganeros AFC were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after RÖK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raphael da Silveira took the corner. The corner led Luganeros AFC's Raphael da Silveira to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Montenegro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The throw-in from Raphael da Silveira in the 66th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RÖK's Humberto Mandrak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tjark Heerdt in the 67th minute of play forced Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Gabriel Porfiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Laguna hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Luganeros AFC made a substitution. Janusz Ziemniak replaced Cesar Restu. Charles Laguna kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Carlos Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rey Ronaldo in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Ziemniak in the 84th minute of play forced RÖK's goalkeeper Carlos Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rey Ronaldo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. RÖK's Carlos Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save RÖK from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The RÖK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luganeros AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
