Nytäppet Fc's Sture Abrahamsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Mårtensson in the 16th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Nytäppet Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Mårtensson came free, but Sture Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lidköping fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Lidköping's Stefan Bogren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice moves Stefan Bogren could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Sture Abrahamsson however easily saved by the left post. In the 22nd minute Lidköping were awarded a corner. Allan Björk went to the cornerflag to take it. 26 minutes into the match, Lidköping's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Högman came free, but Kristoffer Västerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristoffer Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Högman in the 32nd minute of the match. Stefan Bogren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Sture Abrahamsson made a huge save. In the 59th minute Xande Solitario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Västerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Bogren in the 60th minute of play forced Nytäppet Fc's goalkeeper Sture Abrahamsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Nytäppet Fc's Jakob Högman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristoffer Västerstrand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kristoffer Västerstrand made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Ilias Markatos sent off a good shot on target. Ilias Markatos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Kristoffer Västerstrand made a huge save. Expedito Doctore charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Expedito Doctore the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, one of Lidköping:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lidköping. The referee gave Nytäppet Fc a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ilias Markatos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lidköping's Kristoffer Västerstrand. 2-2. After 95 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Hedlund. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilias Markatos got free with Kristoffer Västerstrand in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
