Vladimiro Nerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magno Leme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Guifre in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Leme saved Real Santista FC from getting behind. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Santista FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hugo Lucila was slow to take the kick. During this time Cuervos Galácticos's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Hugo Lucila almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Real Santista FC's Magno Leme did a great save. Gavino Guifre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Magno Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Guifre in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magno Leme saved Real Santista FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Gavino Guifre sped through Real Santista FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Magno Leme.

The supporters of Real Santista FC booed when Cuervos Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Real Santista FC's Magno Leme got control of the ball when Gavino Guifre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcel Paranaense struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Aldo Tiadoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Santista FC. Magno Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Paskal in the 65th minute. In the 71st match minute, Cuervos Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Eguntsenti to maneuver through the defense. The Real Santista FC fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Real Santista FC's Hortêncio Cardoso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 75 minutes, Gavino Guifre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuervos Galácticos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Guifre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Real Santista FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. 叶默棋 hit a great ball. Aldo Tiadoro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hortêncio Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. If Hugo Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Hugo Lucila hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Cuervos Galácticos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cuervos Galácticos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
